The Yanagiba kitchen knife is a traditional style Japanese slicing knife. It is capable of extremely thin slices of fish or meat, and is commonly used for sushi and sashimi.
This extremely sharp Kanetsune Yanagiba features a blade length of 240mm/9.4in with a blade comprised of high-carbon White Steel (11 layers Damascus), and with a handle of white Magnolia.
