The Wasabi line is made using Daido 1K6, high carbon stainless steel. The handle is sturdy polypropylene blended with bamboo powder for the pleasing blonde look of bamboo, and is impregnated with an antibacterial agent to prevent growth of bacteria. Easy to clean, and dishwasher safe.
