The John Boos & Co. kitchen carts and worktables come in two primary product lines. The American Heritage collection featuring a maple wood frame, and the Cucina Americana collection, primarily featuring a food service grade stainless steel frame. The tops of both series are the End Grain or Edge Grain butcher blocks that have made Boos Blocks® famous.
