The Gyuto knife is a Japanese equivalent of the western chef's knife - an all-purpose knife for meats, vegetables, and fish.
This extremely sharp Kanetsune Gyuto features a 210mm/8.30 in. blade comprised of 33 layer Damascus steel with a core of VG-10 steel, and feature a special Dark Blue antimicrobial plastic handle. The maximum temperature limit is 300F.
